Two scaffolding sites in the same city can give very different results. Here are six things to check before you book.
1. Traffic
How many people pass each day? The traffic figure is the basis for comparing sites. With us, it is listed for every site. Turn it into impressions in the campaign calculator.
2. Visibility
Can the banner be seen from several directions, and from how far? A site on a corner or at a junction is seen by more people than one visible from only one side of the street. Ask how people see this particular site.
3. Size
Bigger is not always better. A large site on an arterial road is strong for drivers. A smaller site that pedestrians see up close can carry more message.
4. Period
Scaffolding only stands while the works last. Does the available period fit your campaign? The best sites are booked 6–12 weeks ahead.
5. Surroundings
What happens around the site? Is it near shops, cafés, a station or a school? The surroundings tell you who passes, and at what pace.
6. Audience
Who should see your campaign? Students, commuters, families and shoppers move in different places. Choose the site your audience passes, not just the biggest one.
