By accessing or using Hyde Media's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Hyde Media provides out-of-home advertising services including digital displays, building wraps, and banner placements across Denmark.

3. Advertiser Responsibilities

Provide accurate and lawful advertising content
Ensure all creative materials meet technical specifications
Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms
Comply with Danish advertising laws and regulations

4. Partner Responsibilities

Provide accurate property information
Ensure legal authority to enter partnership agreements
Maintain reasonable access to the property for installation

5. Booking and Payments

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of signed agreement and payment
Payment terms are typically 30 days net unless otherwise agreed
Late payments may incur interest charges
Cancellations must follow the terms specified in your booking agreement

6. Content Standards

Advertising content must not:

Violate any laws or regulations
Be defamatory, obscene, or offensive
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Promote illegal products or services

7. Installation and Maintenance

Hyde Media handles all installation and removal
We perform regular maintenance and monitoring
Weather or unforeseen circumstances may affect display times

8. Liability and Indemnification

Hyde Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Advertisers indemnify Hyde Media against claims arising from their advertising content.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your creative materials. By using our services, you grant Hyde Media a license to display and reproduce your content for the duration of the campaign.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate agreements according to the terms specified in the booking or partnership agreement. Hyde Media reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in Danish courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
