A facade or gable facing a busy road is an advertising space many buildings do not use. Rent it out for advertising and it can earn a steady income without changing anything about the building once the period ends.

Which facades are suitable?

Four things decide whether a facade can carry advertising:

  1. Visibility. The facade must be seen from a distance, ideally from several directions. A gable facing a junction or an arterial road is ideal.
  2. Traffic. The more people pass each day, on foot, by bike and by car, the more the space is worth to an advertiser.
  3. Size. A large, flat surface without many windows is easiest to use. That is why gables are often the best.
  4. The building. The facade's material and condition decide how a banner can be installed safely.

How does it work?

Assessment. You send the address and a photo, and we assess whether the facade is suitable and what it can be used for.

Agreement. We agree the period and the rent. Facades are usually let for longer periods than scaffolding.

Advertisers. We find the advertisers and handle the contact. You do not have to sell the space yourself.

Installation and removal. We print, install and remove the banner. We are insured, and the building is left as it was.

What about permits?

That depends on the facade and the municipality. We check it for the specific building and take care of what is needed before anything goes up.

Gable or facade?

A gable is the building's blank end wall without windows. It is often seen from far away and is especially attractive to advertisers. Read more about gable advertising.
