There is no fixed price list for facade advertising. Two facades of the same size can cost very different amounts, because the price is set by how many people see them and how long they stay up. Here are the factors that decide the price, and how to get the most for your money.
1. The site
The site is the biggest factor. A facade on a busy shopping street or an arterial road, passed by tens of thousands every day, costs more than one on a quiet side street. So always compare the price with the traffic, not just the size.
2. The size
A bigger space costs more in both rent and production. But the biggest space is not always the best. A smaller eye-level facade on a pedestrian street can be worth more than a large gable that people drive past at speed.
3. The period
Facades are usually booked for months, and the weekly price falls the longer you book. Facade advertising builds awareness through repetition, so one longer period often gives more for the money than several short ones.
4. Production
Printing the banner, the material and the installation are included in the price. Height, access and the shape of the building can make the installation more or less involved.
5. The season
Demand peaks before Christmas and in spring. If you are flexible on the period, you may have more options.
What you do not pay for
Our facades are ready to use, so there is no municipal application or fee for you. Print, installation and removal are included in the quote.
How to get the most from your budget
- Compare the price per 1,000 impressions, not just the total. Work it out in the campaign calculator.
- Book longer if the campaign is about awareness.
- Combine several sites, so you reach the same people from several angles.
- Keep the design simple, so production stays straightforward.
